Growing up I was always seen as the skinny kid who would blow away if there was a strong wind. I was made fun of and looked down on because of my size. I wanted to change the way people saw me, but along the way it became less about the way people saw me and more about the way I saw myself. I was born and raised in Austin Texas, but my real fitness journey didn’t start until I spent a year in “The Olympic City”, Colorado Springs, Colorado. When I moved to Colorado Springs, one of the healthiest cities in the United States, I saw more value in living a healthy lifestyle and that’s where my passion began. I began learning about the right way to put on muscle and lose fat, how to build endurance, as well as eating healthier too. When I moved back to Austin, I wanted to share this passion with as many people as I could so I became a personal trainer/ nutrition coach. From there, I wanted to build a brand that exemplified healthy lifestyle change, and that’s when Nuletica was started.

Nuletica slogan is “Live your best life”, and it’s meant to be subjective. Your health goals are important, and whatever they may be, Nuletica wants to help you get there. My interest and goals are getting you to achieve your interest and goals in the best, and safest way possible. Let’s work together, and live our best lives.

Fitness

Training sessions are 60-minute one on one sessions. I want to make sure I’m giving you the attention you deserve and prevent improper forms that could lead to injury.

Nutrition

While fitness may seem like the most important part about getting in shape, without proper nutrition, it will take significantly longer to reach your goal.


  • Keeping A Food Journal

    A great way to start on the track of nutrition is keeping a food journal. Start with keeping track of all your meals and snacks throughout the day.

  • Counting Calories

    Whether you want to increase/ decrease your weight, a great method is count your calories. Once you’ve gotten comfortable keeping track of your meals, start adding the calories to everything you’re eating to see how much you are eating a day.

  • Calculate Caloric Intake

    Now that you’re counting your calories, subtract your calories burned throughout the day. This number is the true amount of calories your body has taken in throughout the day.
